PETIT VERDOT
Produced from tiny Bordeaux Grapes in a very dry year with high alcohol content making it a great wine for a Zinfandel drinker. Known as a full-bodied rich Red Wine with floral aromas of Violet for a bold flavorful experience.

CABERNET FRANC
Dry Bordeaux Style Red Wine known for its medium to full body, moderate tannins, and aromas of Bell Pepper and brambly Red Fruit.

CHAMBOURCIN
This Estate Grown wine is Roslyn Farm & Vineyard’s inaugural vintage of a deep colored and aromatic Red Wine with its rich pink to red juice resulting in high acidity, modest tannins, and strong flavors. Hinting at Black Cherry, Red Fruit, Herbaceous Notes, Black Pepper and Rich Luscious Chocolate. Chambourcin represents a Hallmark product of The Farm.
White

PETIT MANSENG
This specific White Wine Vintage is 100% Barrel Fermented in French Oak with 2.1% Residual Sugar. It is creamy & rich to satisfy with enough acid and fruit to keep it focused with notes of Pineapple and Sage. This is a popular varietal for Wine Connoisseurs of Central Virginia.


MOSCATO
A sweet Amber Wine that pairs exquisitely with desserts and spicy food and rich in bold flavors of sweet Peach, Orange Blossom, and Nectarine.
BILLY C
Produced from The Hungarian White Varietal, Bianca. This Roslyn Farm & Vineyards Estate Grown Cardinal Vintage a deliciously aromatic Amber Wine boasting lovely citrus fruit and floral notes will surely become a signature product named after an energetic third generation member of the family, William Conrad Fox.
Pink

ROSÉ
Made from 100% whole cluster pressed Chambourcin with a shorter maceration period resulting in its romantic pink coloration with a dry but very juicy flavor, perfect for hot summer days and cooler tailgate weather.
